と菱形というだけでも様々な菱形が連想されると思います。
水草の一種の「菱」の葉と身に形状が似ていることから、
古事記や万葉の時代から日本の伝統文様として愛されてきたと言われています。
平安時代には着物の文様に使われ、菱形が４つ組み合わさった「割菱」、
唐花が菱形になっている「花菱」、向かい合った2 羽の鶴が菱形の形状にデザインされた「向い鶴菱」など沢山の菱形がベースになった文様が生み出されました。
更には4 つの花菱により構成された「四つ花菱」は歌舞伎の高麗屋の家紋であり、2 代目・松本白鸚さんの定紋として有名です。
KANAME では「菱形」を透かし技法により、『菱形 指飾り』という名の
美しいフォルムのリングとして再現させました。
シルバー925( スターリングシルバー) の地金に
それぞれプラチナコーティングとK18 コーティングを施してます。
実際に指につけると指の肌の部分がシルバーやゴールドの間から透けて見え、ふと外した時には、テーブルに置いた時は光が差し込み美しい影を楽しめるのは

Japanese Hishimochi, Diamond of Trump card games, Argyle design…
You can imagine various from “Diamond” shapes.
We, as Japanese, loved this Diamond shape as “Hishi” from long time ago in our history,
The shape of aquatic plants called “Hishi” became traditional design and loved since Nara-period.
In Heian-period, They were used in Kimono pattern, 4 Hishi shaped “Waribishi” ,
Flower patterned “Hanabishi” , 2 crane facing together called “Mukai-Tsuru-bishi” etc.
Various “Hishi” based design has been created.
Morover, “Yotsu-Hanabishi” made out of quad “Hanabishi” is an emblem of Korai-ya family of Kabuki,
and Hakuo Matsumoto the 2nd.
At KANAME design studio, by using traditional technique of “Sukashi-giho” ,
We made “Hishi Yubikazari” beautiful form of ring.
Platinum coating and K18 coating are applied to the base metal of silver 925 (sterling silver), respectively.
When You wear on your fingers, Your skin color show up in between Silver and Gold, and
When You take out those rings and put on the table, You can enjoy the shadows.

We would love to introduce minimal&stylish rings of “Obi” motifs,
inspired by our proud culture to the world “Wa-soh” (stands for Kimono-our traditional costume).
There are 2 types of “Obi” motif designed JAPAN jewelry. “Fukuro-Obi” and “Hanhaba(1/2width)-Obi” .
“Fukuro-Obi” is basically for High classed Kimono, And “Hanhaba-Obi” is for Male Kimono or,
“Yukata” (casual cotton wear during the summer), and lately, arrangement of
“Hanhaba-Obi” is popular among young ladies with hipsters.
